I am a Member of the Actor's Equity Association and The Broadcast Pioneers of Greater Philadelphia as well as An Artist-in-Residence at Temple University, and a K-8 Music Specialist at St. Dorothy School! I have performed throughout the United States and Canada with Metropolitan Opera Basso, Edmund Karlsrud and his Men of Song as well as performed on radio, television, theater and film. In 1999, I created and hosted the all Broadway live radio show, Standing Room Only, where I had the privilege to interview such star performers as Carol Channing, Shirley Jones, Tom Bosworth, Florence Henderson, and Cyd Charisse to name a few.
I taught for 20 years, for Philadelphia Talent Icon, Mary Ann Claro, teaching Commercial Audition Technique, Monologue and Voice-Over classes.
I am currently in my 38th year of teaching voice for Temple University’s Vocal Art’s Department and my 15th year of teaching music at St. Dorothy. I am in my 12th year of being musical director for West Chester Summer Stages’, Rising Stars under the direction of founder and director, Ann Pinto McCarney. I have also conducted at the Kimmel Center for the All Archdiocesan Arts Festival and has been an active participant for the past 8 years.
